Designed with techniques and materials that honor the beauty and innovation of Eugene, Crosswood is comprised of 127 sustainably built apartments using cross-laminated timber featuring exposed wood ceilings, oversized windows, and views of the Willamette River Greenway.
At Crosswood, life's best moments happen at home. Each apartment was carefully designed to be pet-friendly, all with sustainable features and finishes from the floors to the fixtures. Our floor plans include in-home washers and dryers, air-conditioning, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful surfaces throughout.
